The first edition of “The Ingorda – pedaling assisted by good food”a non-competitive cycling route by 80 kilometers from Parma to Busseto, with a stop in each town to taste the local gastronomic specialities. The details of the event – which will be held next June 4 and is organized by Fiab and Levante Bike and the patronage of various bodies and administrations – have been made known by the mayors of the municipalities of Sorbolo Mezzani, Brescello, Colorno, Torrile, Sissa Trecasali, Roccabianca, San Secondo, Polesine Zibello and Busseto, who also communicated the start of the inscriptions, which will open from today, Thursday 7 April. Those who wish to participate must log on to the website www.endu.net in the “events” section, as well as on the Food Valley Bike application, in the “events” section.
The program for the day of June 4 includes the departure from Bogolese di Sorbolo Mezzani between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. arrival in Busseto at 5:00 p.m. with a stop in each locality to taste the gastronomic product that distinguishes each municipality, for a sporting experience but at the same time linked to good food. For those who wish to cover a shorter distance, it is possible to register for the “Half greedy”, from Bogolese to Colorno (35 kilometers). At the time of registration, it will also be possible to choose to return by shuttle with bike transport both from Colorno and from Busseto. The opportunity reserved for the first 300 members who will return from Busseto is even more pleasing: it will indeed be possible to return to the waters of the great river, aboard the Stradivari and Andes motorboats.

The Ingorda is part of the wider program of the Food Valley Bike Festival, scheduled from June 2 to 5, with initiatives that throughout the territory will combine sport, gastronomy, culture and music.
